How to Change the Gear Oil for Rotary Tiller Gearbox?

Changing the gear oil of the rotary tiller gearbox usually requires the following steps:
Turn off the rotary tiller, disconnect the power supply, and ensure safe operation.

1. Remove the gearbox. This requires dismantling some accessories from the machine, such as shafts, bearings, and sealing rings. During the disassembly process, it is necessary to be careful not to damage any components, especially the seals and bearings inside the gearbox.
2. Take out the old gear oil. Use a clean container to collect the old gear oil and ensure that no gear oil is leaked or wasted.
3. Prepare new gear oil. Pour new gear oil into a clean container to ensure that the quality and brand of gear oil are consistent with the requirements of the machine.
4. Clean the gearbox. Use compressed air or a vacuum cleaner to clean the interior of the gearbox, ensuring that there is no residue or dust.
5. Add new gear oil. Put the gearbox back on the machine and fill the gearbox with new gear oil. Ensure that no gear oil is leaked or wasted during filling.
