Driveline Length Adjustment

1. Remove the protective cover from the power train. Separate the two parts of the transmission system. Shorten the two halves of the protective plate (Figure 1) and the contour so that the half of the protective plate (Figure 2) is the same as the two halves of the existing transmission system or refer to the example below.

2.Round off sharp edges and remove burrs

3. Grease sliding

4. Reassemble guard halves. Both profile tubes should extend 40mm（1.58”）beyond the end of the guard tubes.

5.Reassemble driveline halves together making sure they slide （telescope）easily and ensure guards rotale freely on yokes.
